23 Adding a full-issue PDF galley

Never upload a PDF of your full issue as a submission. Instead, upload it as an issue galley.

To upload an issue galley:

1. In the back end, go to Issues
2. If the issue has not been published yet, stay on the Future Issues view; if it has already been published, click Back Issues
3. Click the title of the issue to open the Issue Management window
4. Click the Issue Galleys tab
5. Click Create Issue Galley
6. Upload the issue galley by clicking Upload File or by dragging and dropping the file from your desktop
7. Under Galley Label, add the file format – usually, this will be “PDF”
8. Select the Language of the issue. If multiple languages, choose the one that appears most often. You may also create multiple issue galleys if you have them in multiple languages.
9. Click Save.
