  1. In the back end, go to Issues<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
  2. If the issue has not been published yet, stay on the Future Issues<\/strong> view; if it has already been published, click Back Issues<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
  3. Click the title of the issue to open the Issue Management window<\/li>\r\n \t
  4. Click the Issue Galleys<\/strong> tab<\/li>\r\n \t
  5. Click Create Issue Galley<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t
  6. Upload the issue galley by clicking Upload File<\/strong> or by dragging and dropping the file from your desktop<\/li>\r\n \t
  7. Under Galley Label<\/strong>, add the file format - usually, this will be \"PDF\"<\/li>\r\n \t
  8. Select the Language<\/strong> of the issue. If multiple languages, choose the one that appears most often. You may also create multiple issue galleys if you have them in multiple languages.<\/li>\r\n \t
