This brings you to the Import\/Expert tab of the Tools page. You should see <strong>QuickSubmit Plugin<\/strong> in the list of tools \u2013 if you do not, contact the Digital Publishing Librarian to have the plugin upgraded.\r\n<h2 id=\"uploading\">Uploading submissions with the QuickSubmit plugin<\/h2>\r\nUse the form once for each submission.\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>Choose <strong>Submission Language<\/strong>, if applicable<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Choose appropriate <strong>Section<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Full title goes in <strong>Title<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li>Add the <strong>Abstract<\/strong>, if applicable<\/li>\r\n \t<li>For each contributor, Click <strong>Add Contributor<\/strong> (button to the right of \u201cList of Contributors\u201d)\r\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-roman\">\r\n \t<li>In the Add Contributor window, enter the author's <strong>Name<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Under <strong>Contact<\/strong>, you have two options for the email address you enter:\r\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha\">\r\n \t<li>If this is a) the first publication of the submission and b) your journal uses the ORCID plugin, you should enter the author's email address;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>if this is not the first publication of the submission (ie, it was initially published on another platform) <em>or<\/em> you do not use the ORCID ID plugin, you should enter your email address or a generic address. It will not appear on the journal website and the author will not receive potentially confusing email from the system.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Select the <strong>Country<\/strong> (this is a mandatory field but does not appear anywhere on the website).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Select the <strong>Contributor\u2019s Role<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Then, click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Repeat the Add Contributor process for all authors.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Upload the article text (the galley) under Galleys.
